Chillout Class is a consecutive six-week class consisting of 30 minute sessions or a 2 or 2.5 hour workshop. The class creates a space to learn how to reset oneself mentally during the challenges of a stressful day, week, or specific project/life event.
The Digital Detox Retreat consist of one or more days filled with workshops and activities designed to bring you back to present moment awareness. Please contact me directly about upcoming events, accommodations, and pricing.
THE DIGITAL DETOX WORKSHOP

ONE ON ONE
Enjoy a 45 minute workout with emphasis on cardio, defensive and counter offensive techniques, and flexibility training. Individual and group training available for adults and children.
